Recently you will remember how I told you that my wife and I had been conditioned by two other local agents within the Caboolture Area, Qld in relation to selling our home. As I stated in my earlier emails to you that we signed with Ms Sandy Rogers from Marsellos Pike, Morayfield, Qld. Well, we are pleased to say that we finally have a contract on our house with settlement to go through on 17 June 2005. It is such a relief for both my wife, myself and my family. Sandy got the price we were looking for and what she guaranteed. She has done an outstanding job for us and kept us in the loop at all times. She deserves an award for her professionalism and her honesty. I would also like to thank you personally for sending my wife and I an autographed copy of your book. I have read the first one and am well into the second with many of our friends also wanting to have a read.
