We are writing you in appreciation of the service provivded by your company, and in particular John Stokje who was the agent with the sale of our property at 13 Caccini Crescent, Burpengary. We have had association with John previously in looking at possible investment properties, but we did not buy any through him. He did impress us, however, with his "straight up and down" manner, letting us know exactly what he thought the situation to be but doing so in a caring and sensitive way. We found him to be extremely honest and frank in his communication with us, which qualities we admire. We were sufficiently impressed to place the sale of our property excliusively with him, and he did not in any way disappoint in the performance of this duty.

The sale of the property in such a professional manner while at all times keeping in mind our requirements and our underlying "bottom line" was probably more than I had expected. The whole experience has left us with quite an elevated impression of your company and certainly with the competence and service of John personally.

Please be assured that if we need assistance with any future Brisbane property than John will be the person who will have our fullest confidence and our business.
