I would like to congratulate you on your good character judgement in hiring one of your employees, being Mr. John Stokje. I meet him initially while he was on one of his door knocks in the area to see if anyone was interested in buying a home in another street. I was off work that day and it was extremely hot. When I saw him approaching my front veranda my initial reaction was, what's this guy selling and how quickly can I remove him. On greeting him at the door I was pleasantly surprised in his manner and sense of humour, as I said it was extremely hot and I invited him in out of the heat where we continued our conversation. At that time I had no desire to sell my home, but being an investor in properties in Sydney and having dealt with numerous real estate agents and legal professions I couldn't believe how honest, straight down the line and all round good bloke John was, so much so that I told my wife on return from work of our meeting, I told her I was so impresses that if we were to sell, or anyone we know, I would pass on John's number. At previous times we'd had dealings with Richardson & Wrench, Harcourts, Raine & Horne etc. in Morayfield / Burpengary areas. Another point that made John stand out even further. Two months later I injured my back and found we needed to sell our family home. I rang John and my wife Lisa meet him for the first time. She was also suitably impressed and we started proceedings. John has always been totally courteous in nature, quick witted in humour and ever versatile in approach, and a stickler for the rules which we appreciate and respect. John has been successful in tying up the deal so that parties on both sides are happy. John is also in possession of our new address and my wife and i fee we have not only been blessed with meeting a really decent (for once) real estate person, but have also made a good friend. Lisa and I can not recommend John highly enough or your judgement hiring him Yours sincerely Lee Russell & Lisa Russell |
