It has been a pleasure to do business with you Bob over the past 4'/2 years. You always made us feel welcome when we dropped in, most times without an appointment as we know you are very busy. The house was very good to us, never very much trouble at all. Many thanks to your rental department for all their business. I hope the new owner has as much pleasure as we did.

Many thanks to Carl for the selling of our house, even though a lot of to and fro over the phone while we were away and later.

I have sent some of local products to you both to enjoy (not imported nuts).

The roasted nut-in-shell is done at a local blanching plant. Best to store them in a sealed bag and in the refrigerator to keep fresh (nothing worst than stale peanuts). I have roasted the beer nuts and sugar coated peanuts (my own recipe). Hope you get much enjoyment eating them over a beer or two.
