We would like to express our appreciation of Wendy Maitland from your Morayfield office.

We began looking at the market in July last year for a property which had to have a few specifics. Living in Ipswich and having a newborn baby meant that travelling up and looking at large numbers of houses was going to be an issue. Rather than endlessly look at unsuitable houses, we gave our requirements to various real estate agents and asked them to either organize "short-lists" for us to inspect or inform us of any potentially suitable properties as they became available. Wendy was fantastic. She didn't have anything suitable at the time of our first inquiry. But unlike other agents, she called us every few weeks to see if we were still in the market, and called us whenever she had a property she thought was a potential.

We had decided to wait until after Christmas before looking again when Wendy rang to tell us about another "potential". We were hesitant to look, but she was excited about this one, thinking it really suited us. She convinced Chris to inspect it and she was "spot on". It is now our new address.

Our dealings with Wendy have been an absolute pleasure. She is always available, more than helpful with nothing being too much trouble. Living a distance away meant that we had to contact her quite often to ask her advice or check on various things - and she's been only too glad to help. Thank you Wendy for "finding" our new home and making the purchase a stress free, pleasurable and easy experience. We will have no hesitation in recommending you and Marsellos Pike to people in the future.
